Game Introduction

Merge Cakes offers an easy game idle progression. Cakes pop up on the board, and two identical desserts merge to create a better cake with more value. The visual satisfaction is instant since every merge results in a new dessert being revealed, and the earning system adds a purpose to the board. The difficulty arises from the spatial aspect. A reckless move can fill a board that is filled with cakes that do not merge. This makes the game enjoyable but does not turn it into a mindless one.

How to Play

Pair two similar cakes whenever the combination will generate useful space or yield an improved dessert. Ensure that the high-level cakes are not placed in crowded corners; if there is a need for room to move the other pieces closer to them. Do not fill all open tiles just because there is a piece to fill them. The empty space is a resource that will provide space for the next piece. Spend the earned money on upgrades that help increase productivity or get you to the next level. When the board begins to clog up, concentrate on one combination at a time.
